I probably wouldn’t have minded this if I hadn’t seen Guy Ritchie’s Sherlock Holmes. Unfortunately, that version has kind of ruined all other versions for eternity by way of it being so good… This was still enjoyable though, and I can cross it off my Michael Fassbender ‘to watch’ list.
Just rewatched Chapter 4 of Inglourious Basterds. As much as I’m on a real Fassbender kick at the moment, I still cannot get over how much August Diehl just kills the entire scene in the bar. He was mesmerising. No wonder I barely even noticed Fassy the first few times I watched this movie…

All of the above.I just watched Fish Tank. That movie BLEW MY MIND. I feel like I’ve been bitch slapped, and I ain’t even mad. I don’t think I can ever look at Michael Fassbender the same way as I used to. I am completely blindsided, this film was amazing.
